Norberto Olmedo's work (1962, Pontevedra, Spain) deals with themes such as life, death, memory and social conflicts. His work is influenced by photographythe building beside the house where he grew up had a photographic lab where he used to go, fascinated by the portraits he found there. This connection with photography, the starting point of his artistic experimentation, is reflected in the documentary tone and the social component of his painting.
