The main purpose of the Rosón Contemporary Art Foundation (RAC) is to support art and culture by carrying out projects and activities promoting art creation and dissemination in Galicia as well as in Spain and abroad.
This foundation houses a private collection of more than 300 works by 170 national and international artists, which is partly displayed, both in its facilities and in several exhibitions as loans, always with the aim of making contemporary art known and to promote its knowledge and appreciation.
The RAC Foundation, inaugurated in June 2007, is a non-profit private legal institution that has been declared of Galician interest by the Regional Ministry of Culture and Sport, to which it belongs.
